For data protection we verify against the unique certificate ID only — we can’t confirm a certificate from a name alone. You’ll find the ID printed in the verification panel beside the QR code.
Take it exactly as printed on the certificate — for example FSI‑8K3D‑2Q7X‑M4PA.
