Essentials is the core staff set. Complete adds Manual Handling plus the specialist courses — everything a staff member could need. Manager is the same again plus the two management courses, HACCP Level 3 and Fire Warden, for supervisors and anyone running the food safety system. The table above shows exactly what's in each.

No. The whole plan is unlocked for each person — they work through the courses in whatever order suits, and you can see progress on the dashboard as they go.
Yes. Buy more seats whenever you take on new staff and assign them from the same dashboard. There's no minimum spend and the dashboard is included from your first seat.
Identical. Each course issues its own QR-verified certificate in the learner's name, valid three years, accepted by your EHO and employer or your money back. A plan just bundles the courses — it doesn't change the certificate.
